At Vendamos we take privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect when you use our website and platform, what we use it for and what rights you have over it.

Vendamos is the controller of the personal data collected through www.vendamos.com.ar and the platform available at admin.vendamos.com.ar.

2. Data we collect

Sign-up data: email, company name and password (stored encrypted) when you create an account.

Operational data: the information you enter in the platform to run your business, such as products, sales, purchases, suppliers and customers.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device and pages visited, required for the service to work and stay secure.

3. How we use your data

To create and manage your account, deliver the service and provide support.

To send you service-related communications such as sign-up confirmations, billing notices or changes to these policies.

To improve the platform, detect errors and prevent fraudulent use.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Your customers’ data

When you enter your own customers’ information in Vendamos, you are the controller of that data and Vendamos acts as a processor, handling it solely to provide the service and following your instructions.

We use infrastructure, email delivery and data processing providers that meet recognised security standards. These providers only access the data needed to deliver their service.

6. Retention and security

We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as required to meet legal obligations. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit (SSL/TLS) and access controls.

You may request access to, correction, update or deletion of your personal data in accordance with Argentine Personal Data Protection Law 25,326. The Agency for Access to Public Information, as the supervisory authority, handles complaints regarding non-compliance with data protection rules.

Our site uses only technical cookies, for example to remember the language you chose. We do not use advertising cookies.
