Terms of Service

Vendamos is a cloud platform for managing sales, inventory, purchases, customers, suppliers, online store and reports. Available features depend on the plan you subscribe to.

To use the service you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.

You must have legal authority to contract on behalf of the company you register.

All plans include a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. When it ends, you must subscribe to one of the current plans to keep using the service.

Prices are published in Argentine pesos and may be updated. Any change will be communicated with reasonable notice and will apply from the next billing period.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

You may not use the service for unlawful activities, attempt to access other users’ data, interfere with the platform’s operation or resell the service without authorisation.

The data you enter in the platform belongs to you. Vendamos processes it solely to provide the service, in line with the Privacy Policy. You can request a data export according to the features of your plan.

We do our best to keep the service continuously available, although interruptions may occur due to maintenance or causes beyond our control. Support channels and hours depend on your plan.

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vendamos shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

The platform, its code, design and trademarks are the property of Vendamos. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.

We may modify these terms; the current version will always be published on this page.
